Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

spotquelki operates this commercial website providing resources on spotlight production for media coverage, including stage lighting, camera framing, interview areas, sound checks and polished workflows. By accessing or using the site you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility and permitted use

The site is intended for users in the United Kingdom who are at least eighteen years old. You may use the resources for personal study or legitimate professional media production purposes. You must not use the materials to train automated systems without written permission or to create competing commercial offerings. Access is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malicious code, scrape content at scale, or interfere with the site infrastructure. All text, diagrams, workflow templates and other materials remain the intellectual property of spotquelki or its licensors. You may print or download single copies for personal non-commercial use. Availability, changes, suspension and termination

The site is provided on an as-available basis. spotquelki may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service without notice. Termination of your access may occur for breach of these terms or legal requirements. Upon termination you must cease all use and delete downloaded materials.

Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law

While reasonable care is taken, spotquelki does not warrant that the resources are error-free or suitable for every production scenario. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.

Proportionate limitation of liability

Subject to the above, total liability of spotquelki for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to direct losses only and does not affect your statutory rights.

If any provision is found invalid the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. spotquelki may update these terms and will publish the new version with a revised date.
